Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your mobile phones, smartwatches, and laptops quickly and safely across the UAE. Please read our shipping terms below.


1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across the entire United Arab Emirates, including:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

  • Umm Al Quwain


2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard UAE Shipping: 20 AED

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If enabled on your store (no extra fee unless you choose to add one)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item delivered.


3. Delivery Time

Orders are processed and shipped within:

  • 1–2 working days for processing

  • 2–4 working days for delivery within UAE

Remote areas may take slightly longer.

You will receive an update through WhatsApp, SMS, or email once your order is dispatched.


4. Order Processing

After placing your order:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation message

  2. Your order will be packed securely

  3. The order will be handed to our delivery partner

  4. You will receive tracking or delivery updates

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order two times.
If the customer is unreachable or refuses the parcel, return shipping charges may apply.


6. Damage During Delivery

All shipments are packed with care, but if your item arrives damaged:

  • Take photos or a video immediately

  • Contact us within 24 hours
    We will arrange a replacement or inspection as per our return policy.


7. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your:

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Location details

are accurate.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect information, additional charges may apply.
