1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product only if:

The product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of electronics, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Used or physically damaged products

Products with missing accessories, box, or packaging

Devices damaged due to misuse, drops, water, or software modification

Items purchased on clearance, sale, or special promotions

Personal-use items (e.g., earphones) if opened
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

Product is defective upon arrival

Product stops working within the return window (manufacturing defect only)

Wrong item delivered
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer (UAE).
Processing time: 5–10 working days after product inspection.
4. Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange instead of a refund if:

The product is defective

You want to replace it with a different color or model (price difference applies)

The received item is incorrect
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after receiving the product (if eligible).
6. Shipping Charges

Shipping fee (20 AED) is non-refundable.

If a return is approved due to defect or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping.

If the customer requests a return for any other reason, return shipping charges apply.
